Do you want to make a difference? Are you passionate about helping others? Optimae Behavioral Health Services, a division of Optimae LifeServices, is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in central Iowa.
Optimae assists individuals from more than 50 Iowa counties with their mental health, visible and invisible disabilities, and other barriers. We empower our customers to reach their fullest potential by being at their side and on their side.
As a full-time Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders develop social skills, as well as helping others with behavioral challenges to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school degree or GED is required.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification via BACB required.
- Prior experience in the human services field preferred.
- Must have excellent communication, organization and networking skills.
