What you will do:
As a Clinical Supervisor you will help shape the future of our nurses and home health aides by direct coaching and training as they make a difference in a client’s life. You will provide specialized intervention services via clinical direction, supervision of Nurses and HHAs, and general case management. You will also be part of a supervisory clinical team that meets regularly to provide focus on case support & collaboration, clinical training, and team building. You will team with others in creating dedicated treatment plans and monitoring client progress to ensure the success of our customers!

What you bring:
A passion for people and enabling clients to live their ABSOLUTE best lives! You should be a Registered Nurse in good standing. It is preferred that you also have two years of related professional experience working in home health and/or leadership in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
What success looks like:
- Providing high quality clinical supervision in accordance with CMS standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients, settings and funding sources to include: direct observation and protocol modification, as needed.
- Providing supervision and complete documentation in accordance with CHAP standards.
- Providing accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback through completion of Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members
- Providing training, as needed, to staff and community
- Remaining current regarding new research, current trends and developments in home health care
