“Being a CIP coordinator is fulfilling in many aspects. The program allows customers to experience things they’ve never done before. Watching customers slowly coming out of their shell to the other peers is so cool to watch. Optimae and the CI program is a great opportunity to connect with those around us. I highly recommend it!” — Grace, Central Iowa Community Integration
