Welcome to another installment of Optimae Spotlight, where we showcase those among our ranks who have gone above and beyond.
For this week’s installment, we celebrate Selena Gusafson and Trinity Andries.
Melinda Koenig, Service Coordinator from Optimae’s Great River Region, nominates Selena Gusafson.
Gusafson is a seniority Site Team Leader in Des Moines County. According to Koenig, her teammates report that she is a great trainer who makes them feel welcome and a valued addition to their Des Moines county team. Gusafson is a strong advocate for community integration and is always encouraging her site home customers to be active and to enjoy an event at hand.
Customers report that they enjoy working with her, as she makes time for them. Even on days when she has health needs, she still tries to make sure there is a fun activity as an option for the day. Gusafson has not let COVID keep her home too isolated or boring, and she does her best to be creative.
Per Koenig, “She is upbeat, open to ideas and suggestions, dependable, and models a bright personality that makes her a pleasure to work with during these uncertain times and a treasure to her team, a true ray of sunshine.”
Meta Spearman, Service Coordinator from Optimae’s Great River Region, nominates Trinity Andries.
Per Spearman, “she has a great way of speaking to customers. It is very clear that the customers enjoy seeing Trinity because of the way they smile and interact when they are around her. Trinity does anything she can do to ensure the customers are comfortable and have a good understanding of their budgets. The amount of respect she shows to the customers is a wonderful example of how customers should be treated. It is very clear she enjoys her job and spreads positivity wherever she goes! Thank you for being part of the Optimae team Trinity.”
We are honored to have both of you aboard, and we here at Optimae thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
