Whether you need community services, mental health services, home health care or a combination of services, at Optimae LifeServices, we are always at your side and on your side, ready to help you identify and reach your goals. At Optimae, we believe that you are in the driver’s seat as we ride shotgun to help guide you in the right direction.  

You may only need one of our services or you may benefit by a combination. All of our services are fully integrated so our staff of deeply compassionate, knowledgeable and professional individuals can deliver convenient service…service that is good enough for any of us or one of our family members.  

Optimae LifeServices offers three categories of services: 

Community Support Services provide coordination and development of professional and natural support systems for mental health support.

Mental Health Services include psychiatric services provided by Board certified psychiatrists (psychiatric evaluations and on-going medication management). Individual and group psychotherapy for children and adults is provided by mental health professionals in a variety of settings. And school-based mental health services are provided in and coordinated with local school districts.

Home and Community Based Services offer a personalized approach to providing services for children and adults who experience intellectual disabilities, a mental illness, a developmental or pervasive developmental disability or a brain injury. Services are provided in-home and may be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The goal of the program is to assist customers to attain the highest degree of independence possible in the living, learning, working and/or social environment of their choice.
