Optimae LifeServices, Central Iowa Region is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Quality Assurance and Improvement Specialist Assistant position. This is a full-time position and the applicant must be willing to work out of Jasper, Warren, an Marion counties.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in reviewing documentation in customer files and electronic health records, assist with Corrective Action Plan and Contact Note Training and assist and support Regional Q.A. / Q.I. Specialist when needed.
Minimum Qualifications: Successful applicant must show previous demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workload and to multi-task in a team-oriented and customer-driven environment. Organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines are required.
