Feb. 12, 2021 (DES MOINES) – Optimae LifeServices announced today it has formed a new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team and is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, renewing its commitment to a diverse workforce in 2021.
“As a statewide organization that serves individuals who historically have been marginalized, Optimae is committed to a more diverse, equitable and inclusive company internally,” said William “Bill” Dodds, Optimae chief executive officer. “We’re also committed to providing leadership to make the communities we live and work in more diverse, equitable and inclusive.”
As part of Optimae’s DEI initiatives, the company is now accepting applications for its Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. The individual will be responsible for forming a working team like other company-level teams to develop and implement a diversity, equity and inclusion plan for the company, its geographic regions and counties.
