Location: Cedar Rapids
Optimae is currently accepting applications for a part-time (with full-time availability) Office Assistant in our Cedar Rapids office.
Duties:
– Manage multi-line phone system
– Coordinate customer/staff schedules
– Provide billable services with customers
– Organize and process daily documentation
– File and organize customer finance information
– Participate in on-call rotation (some weekends and holidays may be required.)

Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Licensed driver with automobile insurance and a working vehicle
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check
- Prior experience in an office setting preferred
- Experience managing checkbooks preferred
